Shared Branches

Take advantage of USA Federal’s shared branching services through CU Service Centers, and you can access your account at any of 2,300 credit union branches nationwide. You can tell which credit unions offer shared branching by looking for the “CU Swirl” logo on the door of any credit union branch.

Shared branching is yet another example of credit union membership offering the best of both worlds—individualized attention and nationwide availability. At a “CU Swirl” shared branch location you can:

  • Make deposits and withdrawals
  • Make loan payments
  • Receive loan advances
  • Access VISA or MasterCard funds
Many shared branches also offer transfers, statement histories, money orders, traveler’s checks and notary services.*

How do I access my accounts at a Shared Branch?

With Shared branching, accessing your USA Federal credit union account is convenient, smart, and easy; simply present the following items at any Shared Branch and you'll be able to access your accounts:

1.  The name of your Credit Union — USA Federal Credit Union
2.  Your USA Federal member number
3.

A valid US Government issued picture ID with signature. Valid ID includes:

•  State issued driver's license or identification card
•  US Passport
•  City, State, County or Federal ID card or badge
•  US Armed Forces Identification Card or the new Smart Identification card without signature
•  INS issued Resident Alien Card

For security purposes, proper identification is required for all transactions. To save time, have the above items ready to present to the Shared Branch teller. Restrictions may apply. Visit the CU Service Centers Web site for more details.

*Since services vary from one location to another, check with individual branches.
